Priority Registration Guide

What a priority list actually does, what you receive, and how to make your registration useful rather than decorative.

A priority list is the mechanism by which a coming-soon community distributes its first release. Registering does not commit you to anything and does not reserve a home. What it does is put you in the group that receives pricing, floor plans and launch timing before the general public sees them.

What you receive

Why timing matters

Popular releases move within days. The constraint is rarely money — it is information. Buyers who receive plans a week early have time to compare, ask questions and get a lawyer lined up. Buyers who see them on launch morning are making a large decision at speed.

Make the registration count

Use an email address you check, and a phone number you answer — releases often go out by both. Tell the advisor what you are looking for: bedroom count, budget range, whether you need parking, whether you are an end-user or an investor. A specific registration gets a specific response.

Then prepare

Registration is step one of three. Step two is financing — a pre-approval that accounts for a pre-construction deposit schedule. Step three is your plan brief: what you need from a layout, written down before you see one. Do all three during the coming-soon window and launch day becomes straightforward.

For Countryside Urban Towns
