Countryside Urban Towns by Rosehaven Homes launches this October at Inspire Boulevard and Russell Creek Drive. Here is what is confirmed and what happens next.
Rosehaven Homes has announced a new addition to its Urban Towns collection: Countryside Urban Towns, coming soon to Inspire Boulevard and Russell Creek Drive in North Brampton. The community is a collection of condominium urban townhomes, and the builder positions it as a relaxed condominium lifestyle in a chic, modern and stylish urban townhome setting.
At the announcement stage, the confirmed picture is deliberately compact — and that is normal for a Rosehaven launch. What buyers can rely on today:
Rosehaven names a specific set of nearby destinations for this community: William Osler Health Centre, Sesquicentennial Park, Highway 410, and Züm and Brampton Transit, along with the major retailers, restaurants and parks Brampton is known for. Taken together, they describe an address inside an established neighbourhood rather than on the leading edge of one — the schools, plazas and transit stops are already running.
The next milestone is the release package: pricing, floor plans, unit sizes, deposit structure and the condominium details that let a buyer make a real decision. None of it has been published yet. When it is, it goes to the priority list before it goes anywhere else — which is the entire reason priority lists exist.
Urban towns have become the practical middle ground in the Greater Toronto Area. They offer multi-level interior space and a private front door without the maintenance load of a full freehold lot, and they typically arrive at a lower entry point than detached homes in the same neighbourhood. In North Brampton, where the surrounding community is already built out, that combination lands well with first-time buyers, growing families and downsizers at the same time.
Three things make launch day easier. Get a mortgage pre-approval so you know your real range before you see a price list. Decide what you actually need from a plan — bedroom count, a workspace, outdoor space, exposure. And read one condominium disclosure package, from any community, so the format is familiar when the real one arrives.
Register for priority access and you will receive the Countryside Urban Towns pricing and floor plan release as soon as Rosehaven publishes it.
